We want you to enjoy every bottle of Bungawarra wine. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Change of Mind
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
When We Will Offer a Refund or Exchange
Refunds or exchanges are only available if:
- The wine is faulty or damaged
- We have made an error with your order (e.g., wrong product delivered)
To be eligible, please call us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:
- A description of the issue
- We may ask for a photo (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or name)
What Happens Next
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- If exchanging, we’ll send out a replacement at no additional charge.
